πMentor Rating System
Objective
The Mentor Performance Evaluation & Rating System aims to ensure the highest quality mentorship within Daily Income Village by involving the villagers in rating and reviewing mentors. This system will maintain accountability, reward top-performing mentors, and replace underperforming mentors to provide members with the best learning experience.
How the System Works
1. Rating & Review System
Every mentor will be subject to a rating and review process conducted by the community. Members will assess mentors based on key performance indicators.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Consistency: How regularly does the mentor engage with their mentees?
Responsiveness: Does the mentor answer questions and provide feedback promptly?
Content Quality: Is the information provided by the mentor valuable and actionable?
Engagement: How well does the mentor encourage participation and learning?
Professionalism: Does the mentor maintain high ethical and professional standards?
Rating System:
Members will rate mentors on a 1 to 5-star scale, where:
5 Stars: Excellent
4 Stars: Good
3 Stars: Average
2 Stars: Below Average
1 Star: Poor
Members can provide written feedback to support their ratings.
2. Voting & Review Period
Mentors will be reviewed periodically to assess their effectiveness and ensure continued quality.
The evaluation will take place every 3 month (to be finalized based on community feedback).
The average rating of each mentor will be calculated at the end of the review period.
3. Threshold for Action
If a mentor's average rating falls below a set threshold, actions will be taken:
First Instance (Warning & Support):
If a mentor's rating falls below 3.0 stars, they will receive a warning and undergo a performance review.
The Daily Income Village team will provide guidance and recommendations for improvement.
Second Instance (Replacement):
If a mentor receives below-average ratings again in the next evaluation period, they will be replaced.
A new mentor will be recruited to take their place.
4. Complaint & Reporting System
To further ensure accountability, members can report mentor inconsistencies before the rating period.
How Complaints Work:
Members can submit complaints via in-platform dashboard.
Complaints will be categorized into:
Minor Issues (e.g., slow response time, missed sessions) β Warning issued.
Major Issues (e.g., unprofessional behavior, complete inactivity) β Immediate investigation & possible replacement.
The Daily Income Village team will review complaints and take necessary action.
5. Automation & Transparency
To streamline the process and ensure fairness:
An automated system (Google Forms, AI-powered dashboards, or a community bot) will collect ratings and feedback.
A leaderboard will display the top-performing mentors and highlight those at risk.
Mentors will receive quarterly reports on their performance and feedback to help them improve.
6. Incentives & Recognition
To encourage high performance, top-rated mentors will be rewarded with:
Recognition: Featured as a "Top Mentor" in the community.
Bonuses: Additional earnings or performance-based incentives.
Exclusive Perks: Access to special resources, advanced training, or leadership opportunities.
7. Mentor Recruitment & Replacement Process
When a mentor is removed due to poor performance:
A mentor replacement process will be initiated.
The community or the Daily Income Village team will screen and onboard a new mentor.
New mentors will undergo a trial period to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Conclusion
This system ensures that only the most committed and high-quality mentors remain in Daily Income Village. By allowing members to participate in evaluating mentors, we maintain transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in mentorship quality.
